CryptoLogic Agrees Exclusive Deal With TGN

Friday 27th March 2009
Dublin-based CryptoLogic Limited has signed an agreement to provide its Internet casino software to The Gaming Network (TGN), owners of some of the UK’s most popular gaming sites, beginning in the third quarter of this year.
CryptoLogic is a leading online casino software developer and stated that the deal will see it serve as TGN’s exclusive supplier for downloadable casino software.
The agreement will also see CryptoLogic supply TGN with a full suite of non-download casino games beginning with Lottery.co.uk, which receives more than 2.2 million page views per month alongside 800,000 unique visits.
“CryptoLogic’s casino software is both highly popular and highly profitable and today that earns us the confidence of yet another European customer,” said Brian Hadfield, President and Chief Executive Officer for CryptoLogic.
“It’s significant that through one agreement, CryptoLogic will supply Internet casino software to several leading brands and that will add to our revenue and profitability in late-2009 and beyond.”
TGN operates a fully licensed network gaming platform certified by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta and also counts Bingonanza.co.uk and BingoBoogie.co.uk among its brands.
“We are very familiar with CryptoLogic’s innovative and entertaining casino software,” said Andrew Branscombe, Chief Executive Officer for TGN.
“We are extremely pleased to be using these industry-leading games on the brands we operate beginning with Lottery.co.uk. We look forward to hearing the feedback from our players and to introducing the full suite of CryptoLogic games on our other popular sites.”
CryptoLogic’s casino suite features over 280 games and the firm recently won the Top Casino Software prize for the fourth consecutive year from Gambling Online Magazine.
“This deal with TGN puts CryptoLogic’s casino games on successful, high-traffic sites in markets where we continue to grow and that fits in perfectly with our business strategy,” said Justin Thouin, Vice-President of Product Management and Business Development for CryptoLogic.
