Property developer Barratt West Midlands has used the close proximity of a casino as one the key selling points for its new Wolverhampton development.
According to the firm, the Fusion complex, which overlooks a canal in the West Midlands city, is near to a gambling venue.
In a statement, issued through Easier.com, the developer revealed a number of things that may tempt potential buyers into purchasing one of the one or two-bedroom apartments.
"Residents will benefit from bars, cafes, a hotel, gym and casino which are near to this development," it claimed.
Barratt hosted a launch party last week in order to mark the completion of the first phase of Fusion properties. Homebuyers interested in the complex were able to check out the surroundings of the development and take advantage of free drinks.
Other casinos in Wolverhampton that may tempt gambling enthusiasts to buy property in the city include Central Gala and Rubicon.
